We strive to make budgeting decisions that reflect our value in:
- Our artists, with their wide diversity of lived experiences and the incredible work they bring to our projects.
- Our communities, and the responsibility we have to amplify and support local activists and health workers.
- Our audiences, and sharing our projects with communities impacted by the issues they raise, regardless of ability to pay.
- Sustainability, and a commitment to salvage, reuse and repurpose materials.
- Efficiency, and a desire to produce great theater without relying on massive financial or material resources.
