Budgeting Reflects our values.
We recognize that our values are reflected not just in our words, but in where we obtain and how we use money. In addition to our policy of sharing budgets with all artists in the ensemble, we are transitioning to sharing our budgets publicly. We hope this process will hold us accountable to reflecting our core values in our language, in our creative process, and in our financial decisions.

Below are the budgets for our recent productions. We share them with the acknowledgement that we are actively working towards goals of paying our artists more for their incredible work in an underfunded industry. We have not named specific funders here, but our funders are credited in programs and promotional materials for our individual shows and projects. - Our artists, with their wide diversity of lived experiences and the incredible work they bring to our projects.
- Our communities, and the responsibility we have to amplify and support local activists and health workers.
- Our audiences, and sharing our projects with communities impacted by the issues they raise, regardless of ability to pay.
- Sustainability, and a commitment to salvaged, reused and repurposed materials.
- Resource consciousness, and a desire to produce great theater without using massive financial or material resources.
